OUR GUARANTEE
If there are any misrepresentations in the listing, please call or e-mail within 10 calendar days after receipt of your item(s) for a return authorization. Less shipping charges, we will replace or repair (when applicable) or issue a full refund. WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT!
We reserve the right to cancel all sales that are not paid for by buyer within 10 calendar days of the auction's end.
1. Discrepancies. All of our items state, "This item comes only with what is pictured." If there is a discrepancy between the pictures and description in the listing, then the pictures will be the determining factor.
2. Guaranteed not to be DOA ( Dead on Arrival) means that we have powered up the unit and it responded with running fans, lights, gauges, etc. to indicate it is receiving and using power. If there is a fan, we will listen for smoothness and indicate if there is a problem. We are not technically savvy on "No DOA" items and cannot guarantee that the items will work as they were originally designed. We do not guarantee toner cartridges, ribbons, batteries or any other replaceable or maintenance item in a unit.
3. Refurbished means that we have professionally cleaned and tested the item: replacing, repairing or restoring any part necessary to make the item function correctly. A refurbished item will leave our shop in clean, working condition. For printers that have a self test function, we require a perfect test page to be printed prior to shipment.
4. As-is means the item is not returnable for any reason except if it was entirely the wrong item. There is no warranty for an as-is item whatsoever. We use this when we are unsure of a unit's condition or usability. If we cannot power up an item for whatever reason, we will state so. It is assumed there may be problems with an "AS-IS" item and its value may lie simply in its parts or salvage-ability. Should the item function correctly, consider it a bonus. Please bid accordingly.
5. Guarantee. Unless otherwise stated, guarantees are valid for 10 calendar days only, after which there is no more warranty expressed or implied and no returns will be accepted.
6. S&H Fees. The fees we charge for shipping and handling cover labor, packing materials and UPS or USPS fees. We do not refund shipping for any reason. Please acknowledge that you the buyer are assuming the risk of loss of shipping charges in the purchase of each of our items. If an item is damaged or lost buyer must look to the shipper for a remedy for reimbursement. If we agree to a refund on a return, buyer is responsible for paying return shipping charges. We will not accept any returns COD.
7. Support/Buyer Knowledge. Beyond offering a recount of what was done to your item in our shop in testing and preparation before shipment, we cannot offer post-sale support. Items will not have manuals or drivers (software programs that make the item work) unless stated so in the listing. We cannot be responsible for the failures due to insufficient or improper drivers installed or other operator error. Buyer is responsible for installing or paying a professional to install items correctly.
8. Minor flaws. We do not guarantee against scratches, blemishes, or other flaws consistent with a used item that do not hinder the operation of the item.
9. Remedy. In all cases where there is a misrepresentation and we agree to a return, we have the first option to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time period before we consider the option of a refund (less shipping) upon the return of the unit in the original condition. Buyer must pay for any return shipping and return the product in the condition it was shipped. We carefully and professionally package all our items, and we do not guarantee against shipping damage caused by the carrier. Buyer must file any and all claims with the carrier for goods damaged in transit. Please note it is the buyer's responsibility to request and pay for any desired insurance coverage. Items up to $100 are automatically covered by UPS.
10. Paid to removal interim & forfeiture deadline. In regards to lots for which the buyer is responsible for arranging shipping/removal or for which buyer has opted to pick up: after such a lot has been paid in full, it may be left in our warehouse for a period of up to 45 days. After that time, seller reserves the right to retain the purchase price and re-sell the item, keeping any proceeds obtained. We will exercise usual care up to the time of removal, but will not be responsible for any loss or damage during this interim whatsoever. An extension of this deadline may be arranged by contacting us promptly after purchase. Our cold storage rate is $20 per skid per month. |
