The Successful Bidder agrees to remit payment in full within 48 hours of the Auction's close.
If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the truck will be sold to the next highest Bidder.
Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.
Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder 2 to 3 weeks following payment in full. |
