What You Are Bidding On:
This auction is for the Pulse Ox 5500 and a belt pouch for easy and safe carrying and storage.

The PulseOx 5500TM is the world´s first spot check monitor for blood oxygen saturation and heart rate to use reflectance pulse oximetry (RPO). The PulseOx 5500TM uses SPO Medical´s patented technology to provide a medical device which is more usable for many patients and less expensive to operate than any other device available.

Main Features:

* Long-lasting battery - over 1,000 hours, using only a fraction of the power of conventional devices

* Highly resistant to many forms of motion, reducing its susceptibility to the motion artifacts which typical pulse oximetry devices produce

* Completely nail polish tolerant - no matter how dark the color

* Manufactured according to environmentally friendly standards (RoHS Directive)

The PulseOx 5500 also has its own unique belt pouch that was specifically designed to store the device. The semi-rigid, soft shell construction with an easy to use zipper provides safe storage as well as wearer comfort.

Condition:
The equipment has never been used and is still in its original packaging.
Inspection:
You are free to inspect this equipment but if you want to inspect the equipment please do so before you bid. If you would like to arrange to inspect this equipment click on "Email Seller" above.

The equipment is located in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Available:
The equipment will be available immediately upon receipt of payment in full.
Warranty:
This equipment is offered in accordance with the "Auction Terms" and "Legal Notice" of www.dotmed.com.

This equipment is also offered with a 48 hour Dead On Arrival (DOA) warranty, excluding the cost of shipping, from the Seller.

"Dead On Arrival" or "DOA" is defined as: Upon Buyer receiving an item,
the Buyer observes that the item is physically broken or does not function
as the manufacturer intended it to function.

The DOA warranty does not cover instances where the equipment did not work
for the Buyer's specific application or that additional parts or software
are required to use the item. The DOA warranty does not cover any cosmetic defects. The DOA warranty is not a satisfaction guarantee.

These units are refurbished and are stamped with a note that says they are covered by a 90 day warranty, although the Seller is unsure if the warranty will be honored. It is the Buyer's responsibility to determine if such warranty exists.
Terms:
The Successful Bidder agrees to remit payment in full within 48 hours of the Auction's close.

If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.

Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.

Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder upon payment in full.

In the event that you are the Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction and you supplied a credit card as part of the Approved Bidder process, your credit card will be charged by DOTmed the amount of your bid or $2,000, whichever is less, as an administrative fee. Similarly, if you are the Pre-Approved Successful Bidder and fail to complete the purchase/sale transaction, your Pre-Approval shall be revoked and DOTmed shall invoice the amount that otherwise would have been charged if a credit card had been provided and such invoice is payable upon receipt. The referenced administrative fee is, in each instance, in addition to any additional rights or remedies that the Seller or DOTmed may have.
