WE COPIED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION FROM THE COMPANY'S WEBSITE AND IT IS INCLUDED HERE FOR REFERENCE ONLY.
The POET IQ five agent anesthesia gas monitor has the ability to monitor any and all of the currently used anesthetic agents. Utilizing Criticare's patented HIGH IQ infrared bench, this monitor can identify and quantify all five agents even in a mixed condition providing both inspired and expired values.
The POET IQ is truly automatic in monitoring the anesthetic gases. The user does not have to select from an agent set or tell the monitor which agent they are using before starting the case. |

The Successful Bidder agrees to remit payment in full within 48 hours of the Auction's close.
If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.
Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.
Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder upon payment in full. |

The referenced administrative fee is, in each instance, in addition to any additional rights or remedies that the Seller or DOTmed may have.
