MILWAUKEE, WI. VP of SERVICE. Will have overall responsibility for P&L for service and installation functions, managing revenues & expenses, and productivity measurements of staff & overall operations. Company is a manufacturer of RF & wireless devices utilized in the healthcare industry. MUST have a BSEE or a degree in a related technical discipline along with 10 - 15 years in the service industry, which includes at least 5 years of management experience at the national level. Will manage Field Engineering, training operations, and be responsible for the management & quality audit of the company's install base. MUST have experience developing a service organization and the ability to grow revenue. Company will be looking for a solid employment background, and will not consider anyone who looks like a job hopper or has a strong consulting background. Position will require approx 30% travel. Company will assist with relocation, and will do a thorough background check & drug screen. Need to be either a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident with excellent communication skills.
