If you provide healthcare to less fortunate people or to victims of a recent disaster, you can request charitable assistance in the form of equipment from DOTmed users.

The more information your provide about your organization and your needs, the greater the chance that our users will help you. If you describe your facility and describe why you need help and supply photos to support your request, our users will be reassured that you have a real need and they will be more likely to help you.

The more detail you provide about what you need, the easier it will be for our users to help you. Digital photographs of your facilities are required before we post your request.

1. Describe your organization:
  • How big is your facility?
  • How many patients do you see in a year?
  • Where are you located?
  • How large is your medical staff?
  • How long have you servved your community?
  • What sort of services do you provide?
  • Were you recently affected by a disaster that has created an urgent need?

2. Describe the help that you need:
  • Please list any number of items that you need.
  • If applicable, list estimated quantity needed.
  • Please be as specific as possible and explain how this help will assist your organization provide better health care.
