I'm using X ray EZy-Rad of Shimadzu
Some time machine occur error F31, If can pls send for me service
manual 
Pls advise for me this error

The error sign showing that the current supply under voltage, it
might fused one the fuses.

When you explore it with no image.    I try to supply you
