Hi Mai,
I need only service manual for SSD-2000 and SSD-1700.
About your problem, I can only tell you reset all datas on CPU
board. Of course I don't know the SW setting on CPU board to
reset all data to default factory data.
But you can discharge the voltage on memory IC's on cpu board
with a 100 ohm resistor (connect the voltage pin on memory IC to
earth with the resistor).
This may be solve your problem.

I have the same bus error on the Aloka SSD 2000.
Can you tell me how did you fix that problem?
