Philips Integris V5000 Adaptation problem

I´m having a problem on a Philips Integris V5000. I tried to
adapt the tube and it game me the following erros when I tried to
prep the tube¨in service mode "Application error 6661 & 6659." I
cannot hear the rotor spinning. The tube has not been adapted
since may 2008. Please help. Thanks.
