We are Shanghai Huan He import&export company in China. We paid
$3800 to SYLVIA EVANS MED LAB INC in spain for a  SIEMENS RONTANX
X-Ray tube. But Dr.Tergar Limbaston a staff of SYLVIA EVANS won't
let my spain agent pick up the tube. He ask us to pay 778 euros
shipping cost.We refused to pay 778 euros because we would use
our agent pick up as we said before. So he promised to refund
$3800 to us. But one week's later, he said he can’t refund the
money to us because company policy. I told him if he insist not
refund the money or let my agent pick up, we would reveal to
dotmed forum. Thus I wait another one week and reveal it.
