Beware of this company!. All the statements below are supported by email and pictures. SO BUYER BEWARE. I am also seeking legal course of action. I purchased an Accudexa for $2500 from this Company in August. Aram and Andre assured me that the machine is operational and will include the phantom. I sent the payment of 2500 via PayPal on August 5. Here are the documents/emails with regards to the purchase I made from Medical Technologies in August. If you need a copy of the same, I shall be glad to comply. 1. The machine was not properly packaged and did not work upon arrival. 2. The machine had grease marks in the front. I was disappointed at the condition of the machine but proceeded to test it. The machine did not work. It was sent to me without cleaning or testing. 3. I called and complained to the company and explained to the technician that the self diagnostic testing was not progressing after a certain point. (Pictures enclosed) 4. I emailed the pictures as well. 5. The technician advised to send the machine back. While I was packing the machine, I heard something loose inside the machine. I attached a label on the on the power plug that read? loose parts inside do not power up?. 6. I called the company for refund or replacement and they are not willing to work with me. 7. They told me that I have broken the machine. 8. Now the situation is that they have my money and the machine. 9. Ironically the company is still selling the same machine on dotmed website; same exact ad and same exact picture.
