22. Arbitration
Any controversy or claim by or against DOTmed shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect in its offices in the City of New York, State of New York, U.S.A. The language of the arbitration shall be English. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
23. Jurisdiction
Without diminishing the effectiveness of the arbitration clause herein, you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal and/or State courts having jurisdiction in the County of New York, State of New York, U.S.A., and you waive any claim of lack of jurisdiction, improper venue or inconvenient forum.
24. Superseding Construction And Severability
24.1 Each provision included herein shall be independently enforceable in accordance with its terms.
24.2 Should any provision(s) included herein be determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, a valid and enforceable construction that is closest to the original commercial intent thereof shall be given to and supersede such provision(s), and the balance hereof shall remain in effect.
25. Survival Of Rights and Remedies
25.1 The rights and remedies of DOTmed hereunder shall be cumulative and may be exercised concurrently or consecutively at DOTmed's option and are in addition to the rights and remedies available to DOTmed at law and in equity, and shall survive the termination of your access to and use of this site.
25.2 All rights and remedies not expressly provided herein are hereby reserved by DOTmed.
26. Revision And Amendment
26.1 No modification or amendment of any provision of this Legal Notice shall be valid unless made in writing (including, electronic communication) and signed (including, electronic signature) by DOTmed.
26.2 DOTmed reserves the right to revise or amend this Legal Notice at any time and for any reason, and any such revision or amendment shall apply as of the date designated.

This Legal Notice and any other document on www.dotmed.com ("Documents") are created, exist and are stored in electronic form.
Documents are transmitted electronically.
For all purposes, electronic signatures shall be deemed valid signatures, even where an electronic signature may be merely a computer generated signature or a click through “I agree” confirmation.

You agree that this Legal Notice and any Document referring to this Legal Notice once created, executed and delivered in electronic form shall be valid, effective and enforceable in accordance with its terms.
