Listings The Listings service is provided for free. The Upgraded Listing service is offered for subscription. The subscription fee is unconditionally due in accordance with the terms of your subscription and is not refundable in any event. You may remove your listings at any time without penalty. The Company may reject or cancel any listing subscription at any time upon written notice to you, provided, however, the paid subscription shall remain in effect for the subscribed period. Company makes no representation as to the effectiveness of the listing services in generating business or otherwise and assumes no responsibility for such.
