The Sorvall Cell Washer 2 has a metal or plastic rotor, the photograph above has the older style metal rotor. We have both available.
The Sorvall Cell Washer 2 is a versatile system that quickly and efficiently washes blood cells for antiglobulin reagent tests. Rapid wash cycle uses the industry standard cell washing protocol.

The Sorvall Cell Washer 2 has complete reagent flexibility and broad system capabilities include:
• Rh testing
• ABO compatibility
• Cross matching
• Coombs procedure
• General cell pelleting.
The 12-place stainless-steel rotor accepts both; 10 x 75mm and 12 x 75mm tubes and is capable of speeds up to 3600rpm (1200xG). Speed Range: 1200 to 3600rpm (600 during decant). Compact and easy to use. Portable system can easily be moved where and when needed.
