Features digital section counter, 60 mm vertical stroke length, section thickness adjustable between 0.5 and 60 microns. Backlash-free micrometer feed system has prelubricated cross roller bearings for consistent, accurate sectioning. Coarse-feed positioning handwheel advances specimen to knife edge with a total feed excursion of 25mm (1"). Counterbalanced cutting handwheel provides smooth, fatigue-free sectioning. Easily-controllable sectioning speed provided by maintenance-free cross roller guides.
