Service History
It as been on a manufacturers contract since it was purchased and had regular PMS done by the Carl Zeiss. The unit currently has no faults.
Functional Checks
The unit function correctly the guide red light was clearly visible and the laser aligned directly with this. The laser function correctly and I was able to see it in operation by using a test piece. The power output as been regular check by medical physics and is within spec
The software revision is V1.53 and laser usage is 63 minutes, the joy stick, optical module, Training optical module and safety cut out all operated correctly.
There were no cable or fibre breaks and the touch panel worked correctly as did the foot switch.
The general cosmetic condition is very good and it as been well looked after by the customer.
Conclusions
The unit is all complete except operators manuals.
Other than the above the system is fully functional and operational and in very good condition.
