(for blunt dissection through soft tissues
to vertebral body)
* Calibrated cannula
(if x-rays demonstate trocar is in satisfactory
position, cannula is then inserted over it)
* Tooth cutter
(use within the calibrated cannula
to obtain a 3mm core)
* Sharp cutter
(use within the calibrated cannula to
obtain a 3mm core)
*Stylet
(used to expel biopsy section)
* Sharp worm hook (short with one curl)
(to withdraw soft tissue cuttings)
