The Smith & Nephew Dyonics Power Shaver System offers unmatched torque, cutting power and precise control of blade speeds - from 100 to 8000 rpm - via either an ergonomically designed footswitch or control buttons located on the handpiece. Multiple handpiece options are available for arthroscopy and FESS procedures. There are approximately 70 state of the art blade designs (straight, curved, rotating, mini and irrigating) for tissue resection, and burrs for more efficient bone debridement. When the handpiece is not active, the patented Blade Window Lock feature protects tissue from the open edge of the shaver. When used with the Smith & Nephew InteliJET Fluid Management System and Smith & Nephew Dyonics Vision Camera the operative field is clear and details well visualized.
