Leica Reichert-Jung BIOCUT 2030 Microtome. Includes a knife holder E for disposable blades Type II, blade rail for either high or low profile blades, and universal quick release cassette clamp. Features digital section counter, 60 mm vertical stroke length, section thickness adjustable between 0.5 and 60 microns. Backlash-free micrometer feed system has prelubricated cross roller bearings for consistent, accurate sectioning. Coarse-feed positioning handwheel advances specimen to knife edge with a total feed excursion of 25mm (1"). Counterbalanced cutting handwheel provides smooth, fatigue-free sectioning. Easily-controllable sectioning speed provided by maintenance-free cross roller guides.
