Used, but in good condition. Requires 480VAC for the sterilizer steam generator and 120VAC for the control. Includes side panels for free standing room installation. Inside chamber dimensions are 25 inches deep, 16 inches wide and 16 inches high.

The Getinge Castle 133 Vacuum Steam Sterilizer is designed to steam sterilize hospital and laboratory supplies. Typical applications include: wrapped and unwrapped hardware, gowns or towel packs, and liquids in self venting or unsealed containers.

Factory program cycles include the following:
# Cycle P1: PREVAC WRAP. Prevacuumed wrapped goods. Exposure temperature 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Exposure time 3 minutes. Drying time 16 minutes.
# Cycle P2: PREVAC 1 WP. Prevacuumed wrapped goods. Exposure temperature 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Exposure time 3 minutes. Drying time 3 minutes.
# Cycle P3: FLASH 3+. Gravity (unwrapped non-porous goods). Exposure temperature 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Exposure time 3 minutes. Drying time 0 minutes.
# Cycle P4: FLASH 10+. Gravity (unwrapped porous goods). Exposure temperature 275 degrees F (135 degrees C). Exposure time 10 minutes. Drying time 0 minutes.
# Cycle P5: LIQUIDS. Liquids (in containers up to 1000 mL). Exposure temperature 250 degrees F (121 degrees C). Exposure time 45 minutes. Cooldown Rate: 0.75 psi/minute.
# Cycle P6: VAC LEAK TST. Leak Test. Exposure temperature 268 degrees F (131 degrees C). Exposure time 3 minutes. 15+ min. dry + 5 min. dwell + 15 min. test.

The exposure temperature, exposure time, and drying time (or liquid cool-down rate) can be adjusted.

For wrapped goods cycles, the model 133 uses pressure/vacuum pulsing to condition a load prior to processing at the selected exposure time and temperature. The unwrapped goods adn liquids cycles use the gravity (downward displacement) method of air removal.
