I am sure you were as intrigued as I was during the presidential debate the other night when Tom Brokaw posed: Is healthcare a privilege, a right or a responsibility?
McCain said it was a responsibility; Obama a right. Both answers are quite politically charged and you'll want to learn more about the policy positions underpinning those philosophies.
