Dustin Libby, a product development engineer with Allen Medical Systems, introduces the company's two new products at the recent AORN conference in Denver. Libby designed Allen's new head and arm positioner.

The arm positioner allows surgeons to easily conduct different types of shoulder surgery, while the head positioner fits with Allen's beach chair, providing patients with a soft, flexible, disposable device.
