Hi again - I talked about autumn a little last week, so let me share something for fall foods this week.

As you know, this season is a great time of year to get nutritional foods. We have many opportunities to see many fall foods at supermarkets and farmers' markets. Every Tuesday, I stop by a farmers' market and get some fruits and vegetables. I really enjoy all fresh products in the seasonal atmosphere.

What is your favorite recipe used by fall foods? I love everything contained pumpkins - a muffin, pie, bread, pudding, soup and more.

"Pumpkins" are not only to make great jack-o-lanterns but also are excellent for you. They have no cholesterol, low in fat and sodium and rich in vitamins, in particular beta-carotene and vitamin A.

And also apples are at their best now! They are low in calories, high in fiber, and again, have no cholesterol and give our body important nutrients.

Don't miss these good foods now! Winter is coming!
