The feature-rich internet address will help the company track leads and promote itself more efficiently. And it will help customers navigate the challenge of finding vital parts for medical imaging equipment of nearly any modality or manufacturer.

The site includes a tutorial on parts suppliers, pointing out the advantage of the company's approach of using its vast inventory or sourcing parts through trusted suppliers. Other functions being added in the near future will help customers find parts, get quotes, and order online.

"It will be more of a commerce platform for us than it has been in the past," Oyakawa told DOTmed News.

The site also incorporates customer testimonials, white papers and case studies, a training course list, and other information and features. Refreshingly, the phone number also appears prominently on every web page.

"Some people prefer to just pick up the phone," Oyakawa said.
