Job Search Tips
Dr. Frank Heasley, Founder/CEO, MedZilla.com explains that using a niche job site is one aspect of a job search. He recommends attending job fairs. "Never underestimate even the tiniest amount of face-time with a recruiter or human resource officer," he said. "Knowing who you need to follow up with is immensely valuable information so that, when you do apply online, you'll know who you're talking to."
MedZilla.com is a niche job site serving hiring needs for biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medicine, science and health care. Their jobs database contains approximately 7,500 positions, while their resume database has more than 285,000 resumes with 16,800 less than three months old.
