Standard return policy?:used, and since interaction with other laser components may cause failure not relating to the purchased product, Laser Scientific expressly limits the Purchaser’s remedies to providing for repair or replacement for defective goods found within the first fifteen (15) days after the goods are received. All material to be returned to Laser Scientific must have an RMA number assigned. For proper return credit, please call to have the RMA number issued. Without this RMA number Laser Scientific cannot be responsible for the returned shipment or its contents. Further, Laser Scientific will not be responsible for any such shipments, CODs, etc.
Standard acceptance policy?:Product must be returned within the 10 days, when not returned for customer convenience.
