Company Statement:
ADAM Medical Sales, Inc. is a full line provider of pre-owned replacement parts for Diagnostic Medical Imaging Equipment. We are a small, family owned business catering to the many specialized needs of those who rely on us.
We are determined to save you money on your diagnostic imaging parts needs. We can accomplish this by selling ONLY what we stock.
In addition to our expanding parts business, ADAM Medical also provides expert deinstallation services as well and wholesale and retail sales of complete systems.
Standard warranty terms?:
The standard warranty period for ADAM Medical is 30 days from date of receipt. We are flexible on this on a one-off basis and can extend warranties based on the needs of the customer, sometimes for an additional fee, or different terms, i.e. prorated warranties.
Standard return policy?:
The customer has 5 days from the date of receipt to return a part for any reason without being assessed a restocking fee. We can be flexible on this if conditions warrant, i.e. customer will not be on site for several days, etc. Once the 5 day period expires, a 25% restocking fee is applied to the invoice. The remaining balance of the invoice is credited once the part is received back and confirmation that is was our part is obtained. Note: Barring a warranty situation, if customer initially notifies us within 5 days and does not return the part within 15 days thereafter, the 25% restocking will be reinstituted.
Schedule of applicable restocking fees for parts not returned within the above mentioned 15 day period:
- Returned after 30 days from day of notification = 50% Restocking Fee
- Returned after 60 days from day of notification = 75% Restocking Fee
- Not returnable after 90 days from day of notification
