Be careful dealing with Scott Jensen. He sent me a faulty piece of equipment and took my $$$. Now he won't return any phone calls or emails.

i also purchased equipment from scott jensen with same address ,the equipment doesnt work it is a X-RITE 331 BATTERY OPERATED DENSIOMETER HE DOES NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS BUT HAS CASHED MY CHECK WATCH OUT !! SNOWDOC@COLORADO.NET

It may be because of how it was obtained; We have had some stolen equipment, is your X-Rite 331 s/n in the 025000 - 038000 range?

Scott Jensen of Office Medics has scammed me out of $750. I agreed to purchase a working Dynatron combination unit and when I received it, it was non functional. I spoke with him several times to try and resolve the issue, however he refuses to either refund my money or provide me with an alternate piece of functioning equipment. He has refused to even answer phone calls at this point and believes the issue will go away.
I'm not sure how to go about getting my money back, but hopefully he'll come clean with his dishonesty.
