Hello,
The problem is due to a high voltage spark inside the tubehead or bad soldering of the specific resistor network for the KV feedback voltage. The anode voltage KV is droped down with a gigaohms resistor and a foot resistor of 13Kohms. Once opened, and if repaired due to soldering of the feedback resistance, you must go through the vacuum process of the insulation oil. In case the resistance is open or burned, no way to repair, you cannot buy the resistor from Trophy.
The shielded cable with two smal wires (green and red) bring the KV and mA to the power board.
The big brown and orange is the primary, the big blue and purple is the tube filament, one side is grounded. This model had a lot of troubles due to a bad assembly process. They try to improve but still too much waste. Sorry for you anonymous technician, and also all others that bought this model.
Regards

I've opened 3 heads and have the high vomtage ceramic resistors aside. Have also the bloc with tube and multiplier if someone needs assistance. Contact for details.

I repaired my 2100 head with the same problem.
Like Faustino says, this defect is due to a wire that disconnects (desolders) from a plate at the bottom of the tube.
This is a very common defect (9/10 of my collegues who have the same tube got the same error E13 and defect)
I think it's a planning defect (too small wire, or oil that in some head position cannot cover well these connections) .
I didn't make the vacuum process during reassembling, just vibrated it and paied attention that no bubbles were present. I also made a 4mm hole at 45° on the plastic bell that cover that plate to let air go out during refill.

Nice to see that you are getting good results. I advise you to heat the oil before filling to 40 degrees C. in order to get rid of humidity and also to make the oil more fluid. The tube assembly should also be warmed up to same temperature. you could make some sort of funnel to adapt over the opening with a round joint and a big spring or elastic passing around the case. Pour the oil inside and leave the funnel almost full of oil. Shake it or vibrate it, air goes out and is replaced by oil in the funnel until all bubbles come out. The best would be to place it inside a glass bell (placed on a flat surface and equipped with a circular joint) this bell should be equipped with a tube to connect a small vacuum pump and leave it under vacuum and heat overnight. When Trophy started to fill their first tubeheads, they did it in a corner of the kitchen. That was back in 1949.

I did it in a corner of my kitchen too!! :-)
Thank you for your tips.
I would be pleased if you could send me the schematic.
