Cutera Xeo Cool Glide Laser Error Code

The error code will appear about every two to five years on most Cutera systems. Heat, time, and use of your laser will cause this error over time. We provide this service anywhere in the US for $3,250 with all parts, labor, and travel included. This is for these error codes only. Any other minor error codes will be taken care of, but other codes may point to other subsystems, and that would cost more. This almost never happens if we are given all error codes up front. I would warn against hiring a random 3rd party to perform this repair as service software (of which we have every Cutera version) and alignment (which we follow Cutera's procedure, often with better results), as well as a power calibration, and output check. Work by other third parties may lead to busted fibers, leaky power supplies, and errors 212, 202, etc. So be careful who you hire.
