hi all.. we have a dash 3000 patient monitor with a problem that has no error code has been given initialization and it keeps on restarting...i think the software is corrupted...can you please help me...thanks..

If you would like to call our tech support, there is no charge whether you are an existing customer or not...call 305-470-8013 and ask for GE tech support...use my name if needed...Paul Raffaelli...no salesperson will get involved
Have you tried a "Cold Start" on the unit? Do you have any thing displayed on the screen? It may be the Das Module. Try the Cold Start first.; Power off, press and hold record button, turn power on and hold record button until boot loader shows.
