Toshiba Eccocee SSA 340A colour doppler : problems and manual

I recently acquired a preowned Toshiba Eccocee SSA 340A colour doppler ultrasound . It worked at the supplier's office. After transporting it to my office by air and land, a problem displayed on the monitor thus: ERR=101. What is the meaning of this and what is the solution? This error has covered the monitor like a screen saver and does not allow anything else to be seen. Though the button lights are shining, nothing else shows in the monitor except the flashing message of ERR=101. There is no button I have not pressed to no avail. Pressing a button or fixing a probe do not change anything on the monitor. In fact the buttons and probes are somehow disabled. Please help and suggest an urgent solution since there are no reliable ultrasound technician here in Nigeria.

Try reseating all the pcbs in the rack and also any connectors etc. If this doesn't work remove the transducers and try again. Possible faulty pcbs are CPU and FFT Cont check for bad solder joints or reseat all on pcbs, as this problem only happened after transport. Let me know if this fixes your problem.
