Endo Technologies is a TN based endoscope service, repair, and equipment sales organization founded in 2001.  We currently employ 4 full time service technicians with a combined 37 years of experience specific to flexible Olympus endoscope service and repair.  ETI recently relocated to a new state of the art service facility and corporate office located in Smyrna, TN.  Over 1,800 flexible endoscopes have been successfully repaired in 2008 alone and we offer both Ala Carte and flat rate capitated pricing options. 

Endo Technologies strives to create a partnership with our customers by taking a proactive approach to endoscopy service and repair.  Our initial facility analysis can assist in identifying staff training issues and alert personnel to adequately trouble shoot for potential repair issues that can cut cost and prevent equipment downtime.  We offer personal pickup and delivery of equipment and have an extensive loaner scope inventory.   Founder and President David Johnston is committed to the highest level of personal and corporate integrity with customer satisfaction being paramount.  A (1) one year warranty is included with all service and average turnaround time is 1-2 days on minor repairs, 3-5 days on majors with many local customers experiencing same day service.   We offer periodic on site equipment assessments that can assist in identifying minor repairs before they progress to major repairs.  Endo Technologies is customer focused and solution driven.
