Payment Methods
Payment is accepted via check, paypal, bank wire transfer, and for USA medical practices we also accept credit cards.
Shipment Methods
Products are expertly packed and shipped via insured UPS shipment within the USA.
International shipments are sent with UPS or other carriers who are competitive within the buyers location.
Larger items like ultrasound and densitometers and wheelchairs are sent with a freight carrier like BAX or Overnite. Shipment costs are quoted on request.
Return Policy
Our Goal is to provide the highest quality equipment at the lowest possible cost to the customer. Due to this, we can only accept returns for items that have been inadvertently misrepresented. Returns must be preauthorized before sending back. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if you feel that you qualify for a return. The returned item must be in as shipped condition to be eligible for a refund.
Sales Tax

We do not collect sales tax on purchases shipped outside of New York State.
