Notice: Exchange items must be received no later than (15) days from ship date and must be a repairable item. AUE will inspect each exchange item and reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange item based on its repairability. No clones, or parts other than OEM will be accepted. Failure to return a repairable item will result in additional billing.
An approved credit for returned items shall be subject to a 20% Re-stock Fee. All credits must be approved by AUE. After fifteen (15) days, NO CREDIT will be issued.
A finance charge of 21% APR ($25.00 min.) will be assessed on all outstanding balances greater than 30 days. Customer accounts past due more than 90 days will be sent for collection. Legal fees in association with collection will be at the expense of the customer.
