* for any injuries or damages, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment;

* for compliance with regulations on ownership or use of the purchased item within the jurisdiction in which the purchaser resides and/or uses the item.

The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by Health Canada, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and other national/provincial/territorial/state and local regulatory agencies. If so, do not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. Sales Tax
Winners will be charged 6.875% New Jersey Sales tax unless a resale certificate is provided. You can submit a New Jersey resale certificate here

Payment Instructions:
You will be provided an invoice for your purchases after the auction ends. PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD ONLY. Payment must be made by Wednesday October 4th. Items not paid for by October 4th will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

Shipping Instructions:
DOTmed has made arrangements for A. Santini Moving & Storage to provide packing & shipping services onsite for those Successful Bidders that require shipping.

Buyer may also make their own arrangements for removal by an outside service, to be coordinated with A. Santini.

Removal Instructions:
Removal period will be from a week after payment with the last day being October 11th, excluding weekends. Items that are either a) not removed or b) have not been scheduled for shipping by A. Santini by the end of the Removal Period will accrue storage charges of $100 per day per lot.
