READ THIS SCHEDULE CAREFULLY:
System is currently in use and scanning patients, under OEM service contract.
It is anticipated that the last day of use will be in mid July.
The system will be ramped down, and the electronics removed at that time.
The magnet will be moved to an ante-room and stored on site until approximately December/January. The magnet will be removed at that time when the new magnet is delivered and the chiller will also be removed at that time. This is so the wall only needs to be opened one time.
The hospital is paying for the rigging.
DOTmed is arranging for the deinstallation. The magnet will not be kept under power and will go warm.
The successful bidder can abandon the magnet or take possession of it. Payment in full must be made when the electronics are turned over.

The Successful Bidder agrees to remit a 20% deposit within 48 hours of auction close and the balance 4 business days prior to deinstallation of the electronics.
If the Successful Bidder fails to remit payment according to the schedule described above, then the equipment will be sold to the next highest Bidder.
Packing, Crating and Transportation will be paid by the Successful Bidder.
Title will transfer from the Seller to the Successful Bidder upon payment in full.
There will be a nominal Auction Hosting Fee added to the amount due if you are the Successful Bidder. This fee will be paid directly to DOTmed.com and not to the Seller of this Auction. See the Hosting Fee schedule in the table below.
