Texas Health Fort Worth Resource Staffing Pool is currently seeking a full time night shift Registered Nurse to join the team to support the following departments: Resource Nurse to float to ICU/PCU.

Salary Range: Min. $26.50/hr to Max.$50.82/hr - Based on relevant experience
Work Schedule
The hours will be (3) 12 hour day shifts per week; 7p-7a. Rotating weekends and holidays.
* Assists with and helps coordinate patient care
* Assists with all patient care provided by the multidisciplinary team
* Encourages team members. Provides 1. Basic Human Needs - Responds to others' priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological and social needs


The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
Associate's Degree Nursing Completion of BSN within two years of earliest start date in a Texas Health RN role is required without a previously approved exemption. Please contact your Human Resources department for additional information or questions.
Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred
1 year of experience as a clinical nurse or completion of an RN residency program required. Experience in ICU or PCU strongly preferred
RN - Registered Nurse Required Upon Hire
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Req
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Req
CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Not required for Endo Neighborhood 60 Days
NIHSS - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification Required for ICU/PCU Neighborhood 6 Months Req


Skills
A high degree of confidentiality, positive interpersonal skills, and ability to function in a fast-paced environment is required.
