The platform is similar to popular services like Proxibid or AuctionZip. You provide the inventory information and auction terms. DOTmed.com provides the platform to run the auction and collects bids from our own registered users.
You can expect the same features including approved bidders, online bidding, proxi bids, reporting before, during and after the event.
DOTmed sends you a list of all successful buyers and you collect payment. All bidders are registered users and pre approved to bid with credit card on file.
Once your auction is closed your winners page includes all the details you need like invoices, tools to email invoices, ways to contact bidders close to reserve price, and ways to upload past lots into your next event.
Optional: Sign up for STRIPE payment processing for your invoices to have buynow buttons and receive instant payments. Most bidders will pay using the credit card they added to place the bid streamlining the entire process.

Marketing your event - Once your event is created you have a unique url link and display ad to do your own promotion. DOTmed will promote your event heavily to our users. This includes: event page unique URL, stand alone day of or day before email, inclusion in Sunday's Upcoming Events email, Targeted Text Ad banner in every matching category, inclusion on dotmed.com/events, inclusion in weekly Equipment Alerts email, inclusion in red bar message on top of every DOTmed page & link in all of your for sale listings.
