DOTmed values all its users, and endeavors to accommodate the needs and desires of everyone fairly. The more than 27,000 listings you'll find on our site on any given day - our content - is our most important asset.

A few months ago, we instituted a strict chronological presentation of all "for sale" listings regardless of a user's upgraded status. So any new listings would be on the first page, and older listings would be on subsequent pages. No listing could be "refreshed," or re-posted, for 45 days.

It's been determined this is unfair people who are paying for upgraded listings - particularly premium upgraded users - because they used to get placed first in the listings.

So for users with our Premium Upgrade Package - that is "Option E" users (those people who have Upgraded Services Directory listings and highest level of Upgraded "For Sale" Listings) - we've changed the way they can re-post their listings.
Now these users have the option to re-post their listings every 15 days, so they get back to the top of the category they're in more often.

Once you upgrade to Option E, you will have 15 day re-posting privileges.
