MIRADA MEDICAL EXPANDS U.S. OPERATIONS - RELOCATES TO DENVER
June 08, 2012
Denver, CO and Oxford, UK: Mirada Medical announced today that it is opening its new U.S. headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The move is in response to the company's growing U.S. installed base, which has experienced a six fold expansion over the past three years. Plans for the new facility call for expanded service, sales, customer support and operations for continued North American growth.
"Mirada Medical takes great pride in providing excellent customer service and support after the sale", stated Mary Beth Archibald, Executive VP of U.S. Operations. "Our new Denver location positions Mirada U.S. central to our customers for optimal customer response time and logistics. Denver is a great place to live and attract the top talent we will need to meet our planned growth over the next decade."
Mirada Medical is a world leader in advanced imaging and analysis software. They are well known for their breakthrough deformable registration technology, which has set the highest validated standard for multi-modality image registration, or image fusion. Deformable registration is the unique basis for a family of Mirada software products that help customers get more information out of their imaging studies, more efficiently, with more productive physicians and, most importantly, better patient care and outcomes.
XD3 software Is Mirada's flagship multi-modality image review and analysis software. It allows radiologists to precisely align images and utilize customized reading layouts and workflows to read any combination of PET, CT, MR and SPECT.
Casemeeting software allows the radiologist to efficiently prepare and present multi-modality images and quantitative analysis during tumor board meetings where referrers, such as oncologists, surgeons, and radiation oncologists, will be in attendance.
Caseaccess software further differentiates Mirada user's PET/CT service by providing referrers with patient images, data and comprehensive reports quickly and securely.
RTx software employs the precision of modality specific deformable registration to enhance radiotherapy planning and assessment. Mirada Medical will be demonstrating the latest features of their XD3 advanced imaging and analysis software, plus Casemeeting for tumor board and their new Caseaccess secure referral portal, at the annual Society of Nuclear Medicine meeting, booth 619, in Miami, Florida June 9-12.
