DOTmed has established the Certification process to help protect our users. DOTmed Certified users have signed a Code of Ethics, provided three references, agreed to Binding Arbitration and our Dispute Resolution process. (Note that the letters of reference do not have to be from DOTmed users, they can come from anyone you do business with. FYI, there has been no arbitration or dispute resolution involving a DOTmed Certified user as of yet.)
