In a story published on November 29, 2006 in DOTmed News, it was stated that McKesson Corp has acquired Per-Se Technologies. In fact, the merger agreement was announced on November 6th, but the transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of calendar 2007 following regulatory clearance and the approval of Per-Se stockholders.
