SHOHAM, Israel--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aspect Imaging is delighted to announce that Professor Moshe Gomori has joined Aspect Imaging’s Advisory Board. Professor Gomori is Head of MRI and Neuroradiology Unit, Dept. of Medical Imaging, Hadassah Medical Center, Jerusalem, Israel.
Professor Gomori graduated from MIT and received his MD from Harvard University. Following a residency at the Harvard Medical School from 1977-1980, Professor Gomori joined the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Hadassah as Head of Neuroradiology in 1981 and was named Head of Magnetic Resonance in 1987.
He is a Professor of Radiology at the Hebrew University Faculty of Medicine and holds a joint appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor of Radiology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where he completed a Neuroradiology Fellowship in 1984-85.
Professor Gomori has published and lectured widely in the fields of neuroradiology and MRI, and serves as a reviewer of top international journals in these fields.
Regarding Aspect Imaging’s Embrace® Neonatal MRI System, Professor Gomori writes: “The Embrace system will allow evaluation of the neonatal brain of premature babies in a more natural and safer manner without having to transport the baby outside the NICU.
