Richard Greb
Remembering Richard Greb
November 01, 2021
Image Technology Consulting writes this announcement with a heavy heart. Our beloved Richard Greb passed away October 29, 2021, at 5:30 pm.
For those of us who knew Rich know what a great man he was. His unconditional commitment and dedication contributed to the success of Image, and his absence will be felt profoundly by one and all.
Rich loved to regale us with his tales of workplaces of the past, and his maxims will live on: “skill and finesse, beats youth and cunning every time”, “you have to have something to measure”, “it’s not work if you're having fun”, “better to be lucky than good”, “bitching don’t fix it!” and a favorite, “the 20-minute rule”.
Rich cared about people. He saw the potential in people and encouraged them to see the potential in themselves. He saw the good in people and never said a cross word about others; unless, of course, he and Marshall argued about politics, then maybe a word or two would slip.
More than once, Rich was seen pulling money out of his wallet and giving it to coworkers in need. He would say, “people can’t focus if they are worried about paying bills”. That’s the kind of man Richard Greb was, he was a mentor, a father, a cheerleader, a counselor, but most of all, Rich was a friend and words cannot express how much we will miss his beautiful soul.
There will always be a bottle of Jack Daniels SB on hand in remembrance of all the good times spent in Rich’s company.
