These regions have a mix of developed and emerging economies, providing a broad spectrum of opportunities for market expansion.
Additionally, both North and Latin America are investing heavily in healthcare infrastructure and technology, driving the need for innovative medical devices. By tapping into these markets, manufacturers can significantly boost their global presence and market share.
HCB News: How old is FIME and how has it evolved over the years?
GA: FIME has a rich history, having been established over three decades ago. Since its inception, the expo has continuously evolved to meet the changing needs of the medical industry. It started as a regional event and has grown into a significant international exhibition, attracting exhibitors and attendees from around the world… Over the years, FIME has expanded its scope, introducing new features and programs to enhance the experience for participants. Today, it is known for its comprehensive showcase of medical products, cutting-edge technology, and invaluable networking opportunities.
HCB News: Are there any "must-see" events for the 2024 Expo?
GA: Absolutely! One of the highlights of FIME 2024 is the Business and Innovation Health Hub, centered around the theme "Shaping Tomorrow's Healthcare: Business-Driven, Innovation-Fueled." Attendees can look forward to three days of insightful discussions, competitions, and networking tailored for seasoned executives, budding entrepreneurs, and forward-thinking strategists. Through the app, attendees can plan their visit, schedule meetings, and stay updated on all the activities and sessions at the expo, ensuring they get the most out of their FIME experience even if they can't be there in person.
