The NeoCube is a compact series of balls -- a workable, 3-D puzzle with unlimited solutions. It is hyped as a stress reliever and a creative outlet for those who enjoy solving puzzles. It cost around $40.

But, buyer beware of this "neo wonder". If you read the disclaimer, you will see that the NeoCube contains small parts that may be harmful or fatal if swallowed. The strong magnets in the NeoCube can damage or destroy some electronic devices and should never be within close contact to any electronic device, including medical devices.

Strong magnets can also damage or destroy information stored magnetically some examples of these are credit card strips, floppy disks, and hard disks. Therefore, the NeoCube should never be close to or in contact with any magnetically stored data.

The NdFeB material, which is the magnetic material in the NeoCube is a relatively new material, and long-term effects of direct skin exposure are therefore unknown. There have been no studies that indicate that it is in any way transdermally toxic.
