This instrument powers up and enters the test phase. It acknowledges the wand engagement, but will not complete the test cycle without a probe installed. No such probes were available at the time it was tested. It is sold with a 7 day inspection warranty during which the purchaser's risk is limited to the cost of return shipping. The value of this purchase is more that covered by the cost of either of the wands or the foot pedal.

The cart is included in this price but will not be shipped unless the buyer covers the additional cost of this shipping.
