C4- Used Good
The item has cosmetic blemishes which include minor scratches, minor wear of labeling or other surface imperfections from consistent use, but the item is in good cosmetic condition overall.
F3- Key Functions Working
This item is verified working through manual or software tests, the software may not be loaded or configured, and the item could be missing components or parts not essential to key functions. Only a subset of the primary functions work (meaning that not all the functions of the unit may work, only guarantees SOME primary functions work)
