The 450-GC is Varian’s premier, top of the line gas chromatograph. It offers single, dual or triple channel configuration flexibility and automation for maximum productivity. The 450-GC is easily reconfigured/upgraded in the laboratory as analysis requirements can and do change.

The 355 Sulfur Chemiluminescence Detector (355 SCD) is the world’s
most sensitive and selective chromatographic detector for sulfur containing compounds. The 355 SCD is based on patented technology, and it provides a linear and equimolar response to sulfur compounds without interference from most sample matrices. The exceptional performance of the 355 SCD has resulted in its widespread use and acceptance for the analysis of sulfur compounds in a wide range of applications. The new Dual Plasma Burner and Controller significantly enhance the performance of the 355 SCD, increase ease of use, and reduce maintenance

The PAL sample injectors enable GC and GC/MS laboratories to increase productivity with greater automated sample preparation capabilities and a variety of sample vial options. The high-end PAL3 sample injector offers three types of sample injection techniques: liquid injection, headspace, and solid phase microextraction (SPME). The lower-cost GC injector platform can be configured for liquid injection only but offers many of the other capabilities of the PAL Autosampler System including large volume injection (LVI), multiple vial sizes, and extended sample vial capacity.
